The Tissue-Tek Xpress Continuous Rapid Tissue Processor performs rapid processing of tissue specimens for the histopathology laboratory, resulting in one hour processing! The tissue specimens are processed according a novel way of applying microwave energy, and using new, Formalin and Xylene-free, reagents. With this new technology, you will be able to process your tissue specimens within two hours. As the new reagents are Formalin and Xylene-free, processing with the Tissue-Tek Xpress Continuous Rapid Tissue Processor results in DNA and RNA preservation.
Due to the new set-up of the system, processing in two microwave retorts and two paraffin ovens, you will be able to load the Tissue-Tek Xpress Continuous Rapid Tissue Processor every 15 or 30 minutes, creating a constant flow of tissue samples, and being able to work more efficient. The robotic arm will take care of the further process, so the Tissue-Tek Xpress Continuous Rapid Tissue Processor is a real walk-away system.
