With the Tissue-Tek Prisma Multiple Stainer and the Tissue-Tek Film Coverslipper, you will have a true walk away system, as you can continuously load the Tissue-Tek Prisma. Furthermore the Tissue-Tek Film has an unloading capacity of 12 baskets for 20 slides each.
As several configurations are available for routine staining, special staining or a combination of both, the Tissue-Tek Prisma is the most flexible multiple stainer in the market, which can run a maximum of 11 different staining protocols. With the availability of 3 different volume reagent stations, you will experience the most efficient way of routine and special staining for your tissue samples. With the air bubble detector, the Tissue-Tek Film Coverslipper is the guarantee for bubble free coverslipping.
Furthermore, you can manually load the baskets in the Tissue-Tek Film, though it is connected to and receiving baskets from the Tissue-Tek Prisma. With the detectors for low coverslipping film and low Xylene level, the final loaded glass slides will be coverslipped, so they will not dry out due to unavailability of coverslipping film or Xylene.
