light chain levels in serum have been developed

for the Bayer ADVIA 1650 chemistry analyser. These tests kits are automated, quantitative

and more sensitive than traditional methods for the detection and monitoring of multiple myeloma and other B-cell disorders. Freelite free kappa and free lambda kits are also available for use on instruments of other brands.
